Information

This positively driven belting is used in a wide range of industries. It is an extremely heavy-duty belt with a large open area that contributes to it being useful in many different industrial sectors. It is amongst the most versatile and economical straight-running belts available with the high percentage open area characteristic helping to maximise free air flow and water drainage in many washing, cooling and drainage applications.

The Honeycomb belt range is extremely easy to clean and subsequently this helps to facilitate very high levels of belt hygiene.

The belts have a high strength to weight ratio and can be manufactured from a wide range of materials depending upon the intended application.

Minimum maintenance means low operating costs, contributing to a long and economical belt life.

Positively driven with custom-made sprockets these belts provide a trouble-free operation whilst providing a smooth, flat service for increased product stability.

When required these belts can also be fitted with attachments such as cross-flights and side-plates.

This particular style of belt is available with either a welded washer or a clenched selvedge depending upon the specification selected.
